Design and develop high-quality multimedia content including graphics, audio, video, and interactive elements for digital learning assets Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers and course authors to develop course content from initiation through completion Evaluate course materials to ensure alignment with curriculum requirements and accessibility standards Maintain and update course content for accuracy and consistency across online learning experiences Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) processes to ensure course functionality and adherence to design standards What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Instructional Design, or a related field Two (2) years of experience developing rich multimedia content and web pages One (1) year of experience in developing course media content in a corporate, educational, or freelance environment One (1) year of experience in online course creation within a learning management system Intermediate knowledge of authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and web accessibility principles How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
