Warehouse Loader (Full Time)
Reporting to the Operations Manager or Warehouse Manager, the full-time Warehouse Loader is responsible for assisting in warehouse activities including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance. The position loads bulk and route trucks, requiring attention to loading outgoing trucks and unloading incoming trucks. Work involves using a forklift and electronic pallet jack to build loads from order sheets, ensuring accuracy in loading and compliance with shipper/receiver documentation while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role may require working across various weather conditions and lifting a high volume of cases (20‑45 pounds per case) repeatedly during the work period.
Responsibilities
Load trucks by selecting designated packages and flavors of products from the warehouse and loading them into the bays of a route truck.
Ensure product is rotated on trucks and in warehouse following expiration dates.
Clean and repackage product as set forth by RBDC standards.
Dispose of damaged or OOC product once approved by the Operations Manager.
Maintain cleanliness of warehouse by disposing of trash nightly, sweeping floors daily, and using floor scrubber periodically.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Forklift operations a plus.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
Experience working in a warehouse environment a plus.
English; additional languages an advantage.
