Warehouse Loader (Part Time)

Warehouse Loader (Part Time) Reporting to the Operations Manager or Warehouse Manager, the part‑time Warehouse Loader assists in warehouse activities including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance. This labor‑intensive position loads bulk and route trucks, requiring attention to loading outgoing trucks and unloading incoming trucks. You work from order sheets to build loads using a forklift and electronic pallet jack, ensuring accuracy in loading, compliance with shipper/receiver documentation, and adherence to warehouse instructions while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role involves working in various weather conditions and lifting a high volume of cases (20–45 pounds per case) repeatedly during a long work period.

Responsibilities

Load trucks by selecting designated packages and flavors of products from the warehouse and loading them into the bays of a route truck.

Ensure product is rotated on trucks and in warehouse according to expiration dates.

Clean and repackage product as per RBDC standards.

Dispose of damaged or out‑of‑code (OOC) product once approved by the Operations Manager.

Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse by disposing of trash nightly, sweeping floors daily, and using a floor scrubber periodically.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Forklift operations a plus.

Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.

Experience working in a warehouse environment a plus.

English proficiency; additional languages an advantage.
