What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Supervise, train, and evaluate yard personnel for safe and efficient equipment operation Coordinate daily operations, maintenance, and scheduling with management and other shifts Conduct pre-operational inspections and maintain equipment logbooks, reporting malfunctions Manage employee schedules, approve timecards, and provide weekly operational updates Ensure compliance with DOT, state, local, and in-house regulations during operations Qualifications
What is Required (Qualifications): Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) At least 2 years of relevant experience Valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record Experience with making minor repairs and adjustments to operating equipment Proficiency in computer operation and electronic controls Preferred Qualifications
