Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area storage, work area, and walk-in cooler. Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily. Support on-the-job orientation and training provided during onboarding. Qualifications and Skills
Communication: Ability to comprehend and convey correct written instructions; able to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person. Mathematical/Financial: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately (may use calculator); able to make correct monetary change. Operational: Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders; ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Hand–eye coordination: Frequent use of hands during the day; capable of precise movements with speed; ability to manipulate a pizza peel, rolling cutter, and other tools as needed. Physical and Safety Requirements
CARRYING: Weighs up to 30 pounds for items like pizza sauce; some items around 3 pounds 7 ounces; trays of dough weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray. PUSHING/PULLING: Move trays and dolly stacks; typical dolly stack weight may range from 24–30 items; pushing requires modest force. REACHING: Frequent reaching above shoulder level to operate oven controls and to reach topping ingredients and cleaning surfaces. Additional Information
