You independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or system following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.
How You Will Contribute You will operate and maintain equipment to deliver safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. Execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM and PM standards, ensure safety processes are observed, perform quality assurance activities, understand losses and report them.

Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is a plus
Work Schedule Night Shift (Nights) 6:00pm - 6:00am
Salary and Benefits The hourly wage is $22.31/hr with a target 5% annual incentive program.
