Group Rooms Coordinator – Full Time – $19.40 per hour – Expanding 1,400 room Private Hotel & Training Center!
Benchmark Hospitality at DU is seeking a Group Rooms Coordinator to build and manage group rooms for our high‑end private hotel and conference center at Deloitte University.
About Our Property Deloitte Hotel & Conference Center is a closed‑to‑the‑public, high‑end private hotel in Westlake, Texas. Our property currently has 800 single‑occupancy rooms and will expand to 1,400 rooms in March 2026. We have three restaurants, 105 000 sq ft of meeting space, a fitness center, jogging trails, and sports fields. All events focus on professional clientele; weddings and social events are not hosted.

Core Responsibilities
Set up and manage room blocks for all groups, including rates, alerts, and reporting.
Assist Front Desk Agents with guest check‑ins and rooming requests.
Oversee comparisons between the Property Management System and Guest Registration System, handling special requests and preferences.
Manage the Transportation Dashboard, analyze data, and communicate with guests missing registration and transportation information.
Run reports, produce critical analytics, and resolve reporting issues.
Identify and manage unique stay patterns and guest needs.
Support system testing, problem‑solving, and system innovation.
Assist Front Office operations (front desk, communication center, bell stand, valet parking) as needed.
Qualifications
One year of hospitality experience, preferably in Front Office operations.
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
Experience with a Hotel Property Management System (Infor desirable).
Valid Texas driver’s license with a good driving record preferred.
Weekend availability preferred.
Compensation $19.40 per hour. Additional compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
