Position Overview
Sales Assistant Manager – Retail/Customer Service. Minimum starting hourly rate $17.00–$20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business and customers.
Provide friendly, top‑notch customer experiences through “white glove” service with a servant’s heart in our stores and in customers’ homes.
Handle deliveries and pickups, loading, unloading, and installation of products, following handling and transportation procedures.
Maintain an inviting store with organized product, cleanliness, and an ergonomic environment for customers and coworkers.
Minimum Requirements
1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.
Valid state driver’s license and good driving record (will be driving company vehicles).
Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Traits
