Business Litigation Legal Assistant
to support attorneys in a fast‑paced legal environment in
Greensboro, NC . This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented professional with strong litigation support experience.
Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and legal support to business litigation attorneys
Draft, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence
Assist with filings, discovery, and trial preparation
Manage calendars, deadlines, and court schedules
Maintain and organize case files (electronic and hard copy)
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience
as a legal assistant or legal secretary, preferably in
business or commercial litigation
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court rules
Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
Ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion
