Join a dynamic and collaborative team in Naples as a Legal Project Assistant supporting high-impact commercial litigation matters. What You’ll Do:
Assist attorneys and paralegals with case organization, filings, and trial prep.
Manage pleadings, e-filing, calendaring, and coordination with court reporters.
Support document production, discovery, and deposition preparation.
Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.
Handle administrative tasks including file sharing, zip file creation, and e-discovery.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of litigation experience (state & federal court).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and e-Discovery tools.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
