We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to join our Commercial Litigation team in our Naples office. This is a fully in‑person position, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative legal environment and is eager to grow professionally.

You’ll work closely with attorneys and paralegals, supporting litigation matters and contributing to special projects. This role offers hands‑on experience and meaningful opportunities for career development.

Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries and assist with general administrative tasks.

Maintain strong client relationships through clear, professional communication.

Support case management, organize files, and assist with litigation logistics.

Prepare and file court documents, manage service of process, and coordinate hearing/trial materials.

Collect, review, and organize documents for discovery and production.

Assist attorneys with deposition prep and trial readiness.

Manage pleadings, e‑filings, calendars, hearing folders, and court reporter coordination.

Handle document workflows including file sharing, zip file creation, and e‑discovery processes.

Qualifications

Minimum

5 years of litigation experience , with solid knowledge of

state and federal court procedures .

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office ,

Adobe , and

e-Discovery tools —plus a willingness to learn new technologies.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, team‑driven setting.

Self‑starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
