Role Description This part-time, remote Law Student Intern position is based in Michigan. As a Law Student Intern, you will conduct legal research, draft legal documents, assist with case analysis, complete administrative tasks, and help support trial or appellate preparation. You will also collaborate with attorneys on case investigations and client communications while gaining practical experience in litigation and legal strategies.
Qualifications
Strong familiarity with legal principles and concepts, including foundational knowledge of Law.
Proficient analytical skills to assess and evaluate case details and legal documents.
Exceptional communication and writing skills for legal documents and client correspondence.
Proven research skills to locate and analyze case law and statutory authority.
Highly organized with the ability to manage tasks efficiently under attorney supervision.
Pursuing a Juris Doctor or Bachelor's degree.
A strong passion for litigation and advocacy with the intention of pursuing a career in the legal field either as a lawyer, paralegal, or legal assistant.
