About You We are looking for a Billing Clerk. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and a multi-tasker.
Compensation/Benefits Competitive pay ranging from $22-$25/hour depending on qualifications. Essential Functions
Convert work orders to invoices.
Work with the service dispatching team to ensure all pertinent information is included on the work orders.
Assemble and distribute supplemental reports that accompanies invoices.
Submit necessary customer billing information via electronic portals.
Work with the accounting team to research billing questions.
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Competency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, PC Skills, and 10-key
Strong communication and organization skills
High rate of accuracy and ability to self-audit
Maintain a high level of professional conduct including honesty, integrity, and professional appearance
Team player, and an ability to remain positive and motivated
2+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred
Familiar with basic accounting principles is preferred
