Gangi Legal Care is a South Florida law firm serving clients across Miami‑Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Our practice focuses on real‑estate law, estate planning, and corporate/business matters, and we proudly serve a diverse, multilingual client base.
What You’ll Be Doing You will be working directly on active files and client matters, including:
Drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents related to real‑estate transactions and closings
Corporate and business filings
Managing case files, deadlines, and the firm’s calendar
Communicating with clients, lenders, title companies, and third parties
Assisting attorneys with ongoing matters and case preparation
Light receptionist and administrative support, including:
Calls and emails
Scheduling and calendaring appointments
Supporting day‑to‑day office operations to keep matters moving efficiently
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably in Florida real‑estate transactions and legal processes
Experience in Estate Planning and Corporate Law is a PLUS
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Confidence in drafting correspondence and legal documents
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
Professional judgment, discernment, and reliability
Proactive mindset—takes initiative and does not wait to be told what to do
Hourly rate:
$20–$25/hour , depending on experience
