Position Summary Provide expert-level administrative support and leadership to the team, leveraging over
11 years of experience
to ensure seamless daily operations, enhanced efficiency, and strong organizational performance. This role serves as a trusted partner to leadership and a central point of coordination for administrative, financial, and communication activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide senior-level administrative support to leadership and teams, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflows
Independently manage complex calendars, schedules, and appointments, prioritizing critical meetings and deadlines
Lead the coordination and execution of high-profile meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, materials, and follow-up actions
Prepare, edit, and review complex documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
Conduct in-depth research, collect and analyze data, and compile comprehensive reports to support strategic planning and decision-making
Oversee budget management activities, including expense tracking and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with organizational policies
Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and strict confidentiality standards
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional communication and relationship support
Skills & Qualifications
11+ years
of progressive administrative or executive support experience
Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related business tools
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels
