Job Overview
As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll work independently without direct supervision. You will possess strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. You will be detail oriented and able to multitask. Duties include meeting and greeting residents; checking guests and service providers in/out; understanding and reacting to emergency response and access control procedures; monitoring electronic security control systems; and maintaining daily logs, records, and forms.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
Monitor the Emergency Response System.
Greet and direct Residents, guests, and invitees.
Monitor and control Electronic Security Control Systems.
Respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
Monitor and control access to the building.
Maintain daily logs, records, and forms.
Resolve and follow up on all complaints/issues.
Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
May be assigned other duties by the on‑site property manager.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
Other duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
Two (2) to three (3) years of business experience preferred.
Computer literacy: command of information system hardware/software is preferred.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Multiple language fluency is desirable.
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods.
Handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages.
Reach with hands and arms.
Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by spoken and written word.
Navigate the property/building quickly and easily.
Complete required forms.
Work extended hours and weekends as needed.
Respond to emergencies promptly.
Schedule Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 6pm.
What We Offer As a part‑time non‑exempt associate, you will be eligible for supplemental benefits. Occasional travel may be required for training and company functions.
Compensation $20.00 per hour.
