Head of Technical & Executive Search, Blue Lake Consulting Group — On behalf of our client, a Madison-based financial services firm, we are seeking the
Client Services Advisor
to support the financial services practice and gain knowledge regarding all facets of the company. This role will be an integral part of the growth plan as the entrepreneurial, yet well-established firm continues to expand strategically across select Wisconsin markets. TeamPenn, partnered with a large national mutual financial services firm, has a strong focus on planning, investment portfolio management and insurance administration. The firm values ongoing education and personal growth. Each team member is offered the opportunity to pursue industry licenses and designations as part of their development plan. We are looking for someone who can work independently while being part of a team, can interact with high-net-worth clients, can take initiative, is detail- and process-oriented, and is willing to grow and learn. Responsibilities
Support the financial services practice across all facets of the company and contribute to growth initiatives.
Interact with high-net-worth clients and provide exceptional client service.
Work independently while collaborating as part of a small, experienced team.
Be detail- and process-oriented; take initiative and seek process improvements.
Learn and grow within the role, pursuing relevant licenses and designations as part of development.

Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience
Associate or bachelor’s degree (willing to consider applicable experience)
Financial services industry experience is ideal (e.g., financial planning, insurance, investment portfolio management, brokerage and/or advisory services)
Previous client service or customer success experience is preferred
Open to obtaining FINRA SIE and Wisconsin Life and Health licensing in the first 6 months
Open to obtaining Series 7 and 63 securities licenses in the 9–12 months
Desire to collaborate within small team dynamics
