We are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as an Expeditor. This role is responsible for ensuring efficiency of orders between our food and beverage outlets and the kitchen. This person should be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and an eye for quality and presentation. The role requires collaboration with different team members and the ability to stay quick on your feet with an engaging attitude. If making meaningful connections, figuring out what it takes and stepping up to win the day is what you do, we want you! Your Role
Maintain a great relationship with all members of the team Be highly organized to maintain control and timeliness in processing all orders Communicate clearly and effectively Be willing to jump in where needed to assist in delivering top service levels Be responsible for the knowledge and promotion of all menus and items offered Be responsible for keeping area clean, sanitized, and stocked In the event of guest dissatisfaction, be a creative problem solver What We are Looking For
