Operator I As an Operator I, you will set up and run automatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. Responsibilities include monitoring meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and other controls to ensure adherence to specifications.

Essential Functions & Requirements

Prioritize health and safety, following company policies and procedures.

Observe and operate equipment while documenting maintenance needs.

Verify equipment data for reporting and assist with installation.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organization.

Handle repetitive manual manipulation of explosive material.

Operate forklift and other material handling equipment as needed.

Manage inventory within explosives limits.

Education

High‑school diploma (required)

Vocational/technical degree (preferred)

Experience

Entry level; no prior experience required.

Competencies

Strong communication skills to share information related to equipment or processes.

Accurate documentation skills.

Ability to move or lift objects up to 45 lbs.

Work under close supervision.

Regular and predictable attendance.

Additional Qualifications

Valid driver’s license.

Citizenship or naturalized status.

At least 21 years of age.
