Breakfast Coordinator – Carrols (Burger King)
Carrols owns and operates more than 800 Burger King Restaurants, and we need great leaders on our team! The ultimate responsibility for the Breakfast Coordinator is to ensure that the store delivers excellent guest service during breakfast hours and keeps our customers happy and full. The Breakfast Coordinators are the chiefs of their teams, inspiring staff and resolving issues using excellent organizational, communication, and developmental skills. Managing inventories, completing paperwork, and managing financials are also part of the role. Breakfast Coordinators manage the breakfast shifts and prepare the restaurant for lunch business.
Responsibilities
Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager during breakfast hours*
Responsible for opening the restaurant and serving breakfast to our guests.
Inspires and guides staff.
Completes daily paperwork to record Burger King's success.
Manages breakfast inventory.
Qualifications
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment with your team.
Physical Demands
Counting money accurately.
Reading and writing in English.
Carrying up to 40 pounds regularly.
Basic computer skills.
Remaining on your feet for several hours at a time.
Reach, bend, see, stoop, kneel, squeeze, and press.
