This is an IN-OFFICE position working under a remote setting until further notice. Key Responsibilities

Accept inbound calls and handle customer requests with professional phone etiquette. Enter all calls in the Call Tracking System with accurate, well documented call notes. Show a self-starter attitude with a positive work ethic and reliable attendance. Place direct, dropship and remote enhanced delivery orders. Assist customers with system navigation. Contribute effectively within a team while upholding McKesson I.C.A.R.E. principles. Process credit research and document retrieval requests. Meet departmental goals including schedule adherence, attendance, and quality monitoring. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to provide first-call resolution and de-escalate concerns. Work with multiple systems, up to three monitors, and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate strong computer skills including terminology, function, and navigation. Minimum Requirements

Typically requires 1+ year of related experience. Education

H.S. diploma or equivalent Critical Skills

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.). Detailed knowledge of systems: SAP, Verint, Cisco Finesse, Salesforce, WorkDay. Strong organization and attention to detail. Advanced problem solving and root cause analysis. Pay differential for bilingual, fluent Spanish-speaking individuals. Preferred Requirements

Success in a work-from-home environment preferred. Previous call center experience preferred. Pharmacy Tech experience preferred. Compensation and Equal Opportunity
