Warehouse Associate I - North Little Rock, AR

$18.50 per hour + Signing Bonus
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
Work at a fast pace and be flexible to work overtime as needed.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance; in-person work required.
Have reliable transportation to and from work (public or personal vehicle).
Operate cutting equipment to process wire and cable orders for shipping.
Use RF scanners, iPads, and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders for shipping.
Assist customers with local will‑call orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport reels, pallets, and packages.
Ship and receive truck deliveries.
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 80 lbs.
Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
Use sit‑down forklifts, dollies, and other equipment to move product within the facility.
Detail‑oriented, able to multi‑task with attention to detail.

Work Environment We prioritize safety and provide personal protective equipment for all employees. Monthly safety meetings review protocols and update practices. The warehouse is a dynamic environment with moving machines—order pickers, forklifts, and heavy reels—requiring frequent standing, cutting, and moving. The facility is not climate‑controlled; temperatures can reach 90°F in some areas. We offer hearing protective gear when needed and a relaxed dress code with safety footwear requirements. Company shirts are provided after the first 90 days.
Requirements
Candidates must be 18 years or older.
Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
Previous wire & cable experience is a plus.
