Ryder is hiring immediately for temporary to permanent forklift operators. Hourly Pay: $19.00 per hour Overtime Pay: $28.50 per hour Additional Pay: $0.50 per hour when assigned to second shift Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday - Friday, 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm Overtime will be before regular working hours if needed Products being handled: sealed powder coating paint. Equipment: Stand‑up Reach Trucks & Stand‑up Dock Stockers. Benefits

High school diploma or equivalent preferred One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred Valid Forklift Operator's License certified Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Team‑player mindset and ability to work within a diverse work environment Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors) Highly thorough and dependable Punctual with good attendance record Minimally supervised independent work High degree of initiative Accurate even under pressure Lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs Stand for long periods Practice health and safety methods Flexible schedule across work shifts Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned. Responsibilities
Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting. Edit mouse suffering under performance measurement guidelines of the contract. Accurately pick and pack, audit, tote induction, staging products, and load/unload trucks. Handle day‑to‑day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.). Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift hour of production. Perform other duties as assigned. EEO Statement
