Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow
Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
Run shifts, including opening and closing procedures
Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately
Interact with customers to resolve issues and enhance their experience
Assist in inventory management and stock control
Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
Train and develop new team members
Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store at all times
Assist in various operational tasks such as answering phones and taking orders
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the food service industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
