Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
Take accurate customer orders and input them into our system
Process cash transactions and handle payments securely
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Assist with various tasks as needed, including food preparation and packaging
Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. when required
Adapt to changing priorities and maintain flexibility in work schedule
Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and uphold company values
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Basic computer proficiency for order entry and processing
Cash handling experience and basic math skills
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and processing
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Knowledge of the food service industry is beneficial but not required
