Full-Time Position Summary
The Scheduler / Client Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality, reliable non-medical in-home care services. This position is responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules, managing client communication, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure continuity of care, client satisfaction, and caregiver engagement. Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Care Coordination Create, manage, and maintain caregiver schedules to meet client care plans and coverage needs Coordinate shift coverage for call-offs, vacations, and last-minute changes Match caregivers to clients based on availability, skills, and compatibility Monitor schedules to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies Client Coordination & Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and families regarding schedules and service updates Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and requests Communicate changes in care or scheduling clearly to clients and caregivers Assist with onboarding new clients, including scheduling start-of-care services Caregiver Support Communicate daily schedules, changes, and expectations to caregivers Support caregivers with scheduling questions and time-related issues Track caregiver availability, preferences, and limitations Assist with documentation related to attendance and scheduling compliance Administrative & Operational Support Maintain accurate client and caregiver records in scheduling and care management systems
