Salary Range
$48,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems of production machinery.
Conduct detailed troubleshooting to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions.
Install, commission, and modify new and existing manufacturing equipment and systems.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental regulations.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for equipment repair and installation.
Recommended Qualifications
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and industrial control systems.
2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems.
Adherence to safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Bonus Qualifications
PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
Welding and fabrication skills (MIG, TIG, Stick)
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
HVAC/Refrigeration experience or certification
