This position will function as a Plumber for Central Regional Hospital Butner Campus areas, Whitaker School and Camp Barham. The primary purpose of this position is to perform maintenance, modification, repair and installation of plumbing, utility steam, hot water, gas heating and cooling piping.**Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences****Salary Range:**

Applicants who possess the following skills are preferred:** Previous work experience demonstrating skills in at least two of the following areas: plumbing, steam pipe fitting, fabrication, heavy equipment operations and welding.* Knowledge of the methods, practices, tools, and materials used in the general maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment and machinery.**Conditional Requirements:** Valid Driver's License**This Position Is Designated As Mandatory And *Must* Report Or Stay Over During Adverse Weather Events.**This is a full-time position and eligible for the full State benefits package including health insurance and retirement.

The normal working hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. with a 30 minute meal break and rotating on-call and call back.
