WHAT YOU’LL DO
Field inbound calls and address customer questions or issues prior to their first payment due date.
Record customer interactions in the system with accuracy and detail.
Respond to callback requests and ensure proper correspondence is mailed upon requests.
Make occasional outbound calls to verify contract terms, application data, and repayment options.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Must-Have Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have but not Required! (We’ll train you!):
Prior call center experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday–Friday 9:00am-6:00pm and every other Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm CST

In-Office
