Corporate Receptionist Services Coordinator

The Corporate Receptionist is responsible for projecting a welcoming and professional image at the corporate receptionist desk and handling various clerical support responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of their business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel. Monitors visitor access and issues security passes when required. Ensures security passes are returned promptly. (45%) Supports and assists with various administrative and clerical tasks, including but not limited to: Log, maintain, & disburse dealer funding checks. Assist with corporate fundraisers. Create document folders for various business units. Photocopy and fax documents. Schedule express mail pick-ups. Ensures proper policies, procedures, risk mitigation activities, and operating controls are followed. Reports gaps in policies, procedures, and operating controls to leadership to ensure member impact and risk is mitigated. (20%) Answers incoming telephone calls and determines the purpose of the call. Answers questions about the organization and provides callers with addresses, directions, and other information. Forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department and delivers messages, or transfers calls to voice mail, when appropriate personnel are unavailable. (10%) Receive and sign for various packages/letters. (5%) Maintains schedule and prints & posts daily calendars for first floor conference rooms. Prepares and maintains conference rooms and training lab for daily use. (5%) Maintains schedule and the signing in and out of company vehicles. (5%) Issuance of all WPAFB base pass authorization and validation forms. (5%) Conducts corporate building opening procedures which includes the stocking and prepping of all corporate breakrooms and any additional duties as assigned. (5%)
