High school diploma or GED required HVAC experience preferred; EPA certification (Type II or Universal) a plus Proficiency in general apartment maintenance and repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other building systems Previous maintenance experience, preferably in the multi-family industry Ability to take after-hours calls Basic tools and reliable transportation required Effective communication skills for interactions with residents, employees, and vendors Physical ability to walk the property regularly, climb stairs and ladders, occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, and work in various weather conditions and heights Willingness to adhere to OSHA, EPA standards, and Fair Housing regulations Responsibilities
Maintain and oversee all buildings, grounds, and amenities Complete service requests and prepare vacant apartments for occupancy Promptly respond to repair requests, including after-hours emergencies Manage the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA standards, and Fair Housing regulations Join us and become part of a team committed to excellence and community!
