Key Responsibilities
Maintain apartment homes, buildings, grounds, and common areas
Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
Prepare vacant apartments for move‑in (turns/make‑readies)
Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs
Respond to after‑hours emergency calls as needed
Track and maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment
Follow all safety procedures and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Prior maintenance experience required (multifamily experience preferred)
HVAC experience required; EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems
Ability to be on‑call for after‑hours emergencies
Must have basic tools and reliable transportation
Strong communication and customer service skills
Bilingual a plus
