Program Support Services – Senior Location:

Position Overview The Senior Program Support Services Specialist performs all duties of the Junior role while providing leadership, oversight, and quality assurance for program operations. This position supports process improvement, staff development, and reporting functions and works closely with the Program Manager to ensure mission success.

Key Responsibilities

Perform all duties outlined for the Program Support Services – Junior role

Provide day-to-day guidance and supervision to junior staff

Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance

Generate, validate, and distribute internal program reports

Support onboarding and training of new team members

Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements

Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop strategies for efficiency and compliance

Participate in regular meetings to discuss workload, performance, and enhancements

Required Qualifications

Associate degree from an accredited college or university

Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a general office setting

Prior supervisory or lead experience required

Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills

Ability to mentor staff and maintain high quality standards
