Stocking Team Associate

Base Pay Range $15.00/hr – $28.00/hr.

Job Overview and Responsibilities Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. The majority of time is spent in the backroom. Associates must be able to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds and may need to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts. The role includes performance incentives and premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Compensation Details The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour when applicable. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
