Stocking Team Associate – Walmart

Walmart Supercenter #4333 , 10040 County Road 48, Fairhope, AL 36532.
Base Pay Range $15.00/hr – $28.00/hr. (Hourly Wage: $15–$28 per hour.)
Additional Compensation Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Employment Type Full‑time. (Available shifts: Mid‑Shift, Closing, Overnight.)
Seniority Level Entry level.
Job Overview Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend most of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects over 50 pounds. Operating heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
