Overview of the Position Responsible for repair customer maintenance and support for contracted and non‑contracted customers, including status reporting, responding to support requests, expediting AOGs and critical orders, tracking lead times, administering unit receipts and shipments, and managing quote administration. Provides essential customer service duties internally and externally through phone or email inquiries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain existing customer relationships.
Provide status reports according to individual customer requirements and preferred templates.
Generate daily reports tracking customer unit priorities and delinquencies.
Administrate quote approvals and route to responsible Production Representative.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong communication skills.

Self‑motivated.
