Repair and/or assemble small aircraft components that require precise placement. Assist the Assembly Supervisor as required. Order parts for repairs and assemblies. Use hand tools and shop power tools. Read blueprints and manuals. Perform testing and interpret results. Assemble complex components that require precise placement. Read and interpret drawings and blueprints. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Planning/Organizing – Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently; Able to multitask and change priorities as required by customer‑driven demands. Safety and Security – Observes safety and security procedures; Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.
