Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance our wholesale market presence.
Proactively reach out and cold call to expand our network of wholesale clients.
Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, orders, and issue resolution, providing outstanding customer service from start to finish.
Identify opportunities for growth and present tailored solutions to existing and prospective clients.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business objectives and ensure smooth communication on orders and projects.
Handle all aspects of the account lifecycle, including follow‑ups, after‑sales support, and troubleshooting client concerns.
Qualifications
