Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Wedding and Event Planner located in Clearwater, FL. The Wedding and Event Planner will manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including coordinating weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. Responsibilities include detailed planning, managing budgets, liaising with vendors and clients, creating schedules, and ensuring a flawless event experience. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the setup, managing timelines during events, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Planning, Event Planning, and Wedding Planning

Experience with Budgeting and effectively managing financial resources for events

Proven excellence in Customer Service and client relationship management

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively with teams and communicate effectively

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

Experience in florals or event decor is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred
