Role Description This is a full-time, Installation Technician role based in Arden, NC, with project‑locations spanning key parts of Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina. The Installation Technician will be responsible for installing and connecting various technology systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication. This role involves working collaboratively with team members to deliver high‑quality solutions that meet customer expectations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, with strong troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional customer service.
Experience with cabling and installation of technology systems.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
Ability to work on‑site throughout the areas we serve, and handle physical tasks associated with installations.
