Installation Coordinator
to support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of commercial installation work. This role focuses on day-to-day scheduling execution, communication with end users and trades, and keeping install activity organized and on track. This role works closely with operations leadership and escalates complex or high-risk issues as needed.
Responsibilities
Schedule commercial installation jobs based on provided priorities and guidelines
Call end users to confirm access, site readiness, and install details
Coordinate install dates with General Contractors and other trades
Communicate schedule changes to technicians and internal teams
Maintain accurate job and schedule records
Flag conflicts, readiness issues, or risks to management
What you’ve got if you have
3–5 years
of scheduling or coordination experience
Commercial construction or commercial service trades experience
Some exposure to General Contractor coordination
Strong organizational and communication skills
Additional Strongly Preferred Experience
Familiarity with commercial trades or construction workflows
Exposure to GC-driven scheduling environments
Basic mechanical or electrical understanding
This person needs to be comfortable with frequent phone communication, exercise good judgment on escalating issues, and be highly organized and detail-oriented.
