Zum is seeking responsible and safety-oriented individuals to join our team as Non-CDL Van Drivers for our school transportation services. This position offers an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working with students and want to make a positive impact in their community.
Job Responsibilities
Safely transport students to and from school and school-related activities in a van or small vehicle Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle Ensure student safety during loading, unloading, and while in transit Adhere to all traffic laws and local rules Manage student behavior and maintain discipline in the vehicle Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to supervisors Requirements
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 3 years of driving experience Minimum age of 21 years old High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a background check and drug test Excellent navigation skills and proficiency in using navigation applications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Physical ability to assist students and lift up to 50 lbs Training and Support
