The Studio Lead is the onsite leader for their assigned studio location and plays a critical role in creating a high-energy, welcoming, and results-driven environment. This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience, supporting daily studio operations, and driving in-studio membership sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys talking to people, can juggle multiple priorities at once, and brings positive, outgoing energy to the studio every shift. The Studio Lead is the primary point of contact inside the studio and helps ensure the studio runs smoothly while sales and service standards are consistently met. Schedule may vary based on studio needs and includes evenings and weekends. Essential Job Duties
Studio Operations & Environment
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentation-ready studio environment Ensure lobby, studio, equipment, and retail areas meet brand standards Support opening and closing procedures when scheduled Troubleshoot daily studio issues and escalate operational needs to leadership Assist with light inventory organization and retail upkeep Lead Management & Sales Execution
Manage incoming leads daily through phone calls, texts, and email follow-up Book first-time clients into introductory experiences and track attendance Conduct studio tours and confidently lead membership conversations Follow up on missed appointments and missed sales opportunities Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent follow-up cadence Execute win-back and retention outreach as requested Report sales activity and conversion progress as directed Partner with leadership to meet or exceed sales goals Member Experience & Retention
Create a warm, energetic, and welcoming experience for every guest Learn member names and build genuine relationships Support introductory experiences before and after class Assist with retention touchpoints such as milestones, check-ins, and outreach Address and escalate member experience concerns appropriately Maintain a visible, hospitality-focused presence during peak class times Teacher & Schedule Support
Communicate scheduling gaps or coverage needs to leadership Support smooth class transitions and studio flow as needed Provide real-time feedback related to class experience or operations Relay trends or observations to appropriate leadership partners Skills, Experience & Culture Fit
High-energy, outgoing personality that thrives in a people-facing role Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines Sales-driven mindset with comfort initiating and closing conversations Confident communicator, both in person and over the phone Strong customer service and hospitality instincts Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-up and task completion Able to work independently while remaining accountable to goals Fitness, wellness, or boutique service experience preferred but not required Physical Requirements
