High Point Land Company is hiring a
Land Real Estate Inside Sales Representative
to support our land agents by generating and qualifying high-quality leads. You will spend your day on the phone having real conversations, learning how land deals are created, and developing professional sales skills that compound over time.
This is a performance-driven role with structure, coaching, and clear expectations. If you are motivated by progress, skill-building, and seeing your effort directly translate into results, this role provides a strong starting point and room to grow.
What You’ll Do
Make daily outbound calls to landowners, farmers, and potential sellers
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and assess interest, timing, and motivation
Ask strong questions, listen closely, and qualify opportunities for land agents
Schedule meetings and ensure clean handoffs to the field sales team
Maintain accurate records and follow-up in the CRM
Learn how land sales, auctions, and appraisals work from first contact to close
Collaborate closely with sales leadership to improve performance and results
What We’re Looking For
Recent graduate or early-career professional interested in
sales as a career path
Comfortable on the phone and willing to improve quickly
Must have or willing to Obtain an
Iowa Real Estate License
Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by progress, not comfort
Coachable and open to direct feedback
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations
Interested in business, sales, or real estate long-term
Sales or customer-facing experience is helpful, but mindset, effort, and follow-through matter more than prior experience.
