Inspire and educate U.S. high school students and families about the benefits of studying abroad Proactively connect with students and families through structured outreach via phone, text, and email Provide coaching and support throughout the scholarship and application process Manage high call volume, exceeding 30 calls per day to ensure timely communication Conduct virtual webinars and in-person presentations to promote programs What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or international equivalent Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students and families Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Comfort with making high-volume outbound calls and using CRM systems How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
