$19.90
Annual Education Stipends:

Job Responsibilities:
Assist with maintenance of participation records for all applicable services
Update and manage content in the Service Directory and SharePoint.
Maintain and administer List Servs and Service Email Groups.
Set up and manage registration and attendance for Data Protection Officer (DPO) meetings and conferences in registration system.
Schedule meeting rooms and online sessions for service meetings and events.
Scheduling and documentation workflow support for Penetration and Phishing Tests
Schedule DPO Coach days in collaboration with district contacts.
Provide secondary support for service-related applications.
Assist with development of DPO meeting and New DPO Training materials.
Support travel arrangements for service-related events.
Review and distribute Vulnerability Reports to districts
Assist with onboarding of new districts to services.
Interacts and communicates in a professional and confidential manner with school district clients and related district personnel in connection with the services provided

Minimum Civil Service Qualifications: There is no civil service examination required for this position for the duration of the NY HELPS Program. Candidates must meet the minimum civil service qualifications for a NYHELPS appointment as follows:
A) Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma including or supplemented by a course in typing and one (1) year of office clerical experience.
Additional Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data entry, formulas, pivot tables).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Comfortable working with technical staff and learning basic cybersecurity terminology.
Experience with scheduling, document management, and tracking tasks or tickets.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with confidential data handling and privacy policies, regulations and standards is a plus.
