We are seeking dependable and safety-focused
Production Worker III
candidates to support a well-established manufacturing operation in Miami, OK. This role is ideal for individuals with
prior manufacturing experience
who are comfortable in
fast-paced industrial environments
and committed to
safety and quality standards , including
Lock-Out/Tag-Out
procedures. The
Production Worker III
will play a critical role in maintaining efficient production operations while working extended shifts and adhering to all workplace safety requirements. Key Responsibilities
Perform
production and manufacturing tasks
in accordance with procedures and safety standards Follow Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures
to ensure a safe working environment Operate in manufacturing areas with
machinery exposure, temperature variations, and repetitive motions Maintain
consistent productivity
while standing and working on
concrete surfaces Lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs
as required Support team operations by maintaining a
clean, organized, and efficient work area Adhere to
all safety policies, PPE requirements, and quality expectations Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
required Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or production experience Strong understanding of workplace safety practices Ability to work
extended shifts (8–12 hours)
in a physically demanding environment Reliable, punctual , and able to work independently or as part of a team Physical Requirements
Frequent
standing, walking, stooping, bending, and repetitive motions Ability to stand on
concrete surfaces for 8–12 hours per shift Must be able to
lift up to 50 lbs Ability to tolerate
extreme temperatures and industrial conditions Required use of
