Proven experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent customer service orientation Proficiency in math and problem-solving Ability to manage and motivate team members effectively Strong organizational and multitasking skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Food safety certification (preferred) Additional Information
