Warehouse Worker I

Responsibilities
Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving warehouse items
Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency
Securing loads to the machine before transportation
Inspect product load for accuracy and safely navigate around the warehouse or facility
Perform variety of routine tasks to assist in production activities
Manually or mechanically load or unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles
Move loads to drive gasoline- or electric-powered trucks, cars, or tractors and transport materials between loading, processing, and storage areas
Arrange sheet metal in warehouse
Preferred Education And Experience The individual will have a minimum of 6 months forklift driving experience, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting.
Qualifications
Ability to regularly lift 25–50 pounds
Ability to stand for 95% of work days
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Certificates, Licenses, Registration Requirements License(s): None
Certification(s): None
Other Certifications: Forklift, Man lift, Tractor
Work Environment
Manufacturing facility
Humidity, loud noises, dirt
Varying and extreme temperatures
