Warehouse Quality Representative - Life Science Div 1st
Join Langham Logistics as a Warehouse Quality Representative and support our Life Science division with GMP compliant processes and quality assurance.
Base Pay Range $23.00/hr - $23.00/hr
Job Description This is a 1st shift role (7:30 am – 4:00 pm). Responsibilities include:
Operate in GMP clean rooms following trafficking & gowning procedures and performing associated cleaning and environmental monitoring.
Follow GMP practices to minimize cross‑contamination.
Ensure accurate shipping and receiving by performing QC checks on all incoming and outgoing materials.
Gather applicable information to determine if a shipment has a discrepancy.
Ensure accurate inventory management by dropping materials into deviation accurately.
Collaborate with departments on discrepancies or questions for deviating material.
Assist the Quality Manager with projects.
Ensure proper client communication regarding quality issues per SOPs and/or Client Quality Agreement.
Perform accurate inventory counts and track errors, communicating with stakeholders to support case management.

Meet established quality and productivity metrics.
Keep work areas neat and clean.
Accept or reject material based on quality/regulatory standards and client requirements.
Physically check all incoming and outgoing materials for damage and other discrepancies.
Identify and report discrepancies between paperwork/orders and physical product delivered.
Initiate and oversee quality records in QT9.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure products are accurately segregated and marked in the deviation area.
Ensure proper documentation for client communication regarding discrepancies and damages.
Provide courteous, professional service to internal and external stakeholders.
Present a positive image of Langham Logistics.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED required.
1–2 years of experience in Quality Control or related field within a GMP facility.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Work Environment and Physical Demands Work is performed in a warehouse/office/external environment with multiple temperature zones (frozen, refrigerated, controlled room temperature, and environmental). Physical movements include bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds as part of the daily routine. The job requires working on concrete in a warehouse environment subject to heat and cold.
